OUR FOUNDER
Our founder Jason Gahari started AGGC while co-founding and co-managing a fund. Prior to 2008 , he was working at General Electric during his tenure he has been recognized as one of “most valuable players” and “top producers” in his division. Jason has extensive experience in corporate finance.
As Vice President in charge of origination , he was responsible for sales and origination of financial products as well consulting products in southern California. Prior to this assignment he was with several other GE divisions including Commercial Finance, Business Productivity Solutions and Medical Systems , involved in business development executive roles responsible for business originations covering California, Arizona and Nevada.
His focus has always been on using his consultative approach to help companies reach their financial growth goals in a short, medium and long term. Through out his career with GE, he has been known to be a top ranking senior business consultant and business development executive. He has received multiple awards during his tenure with GE including being number one producer in his division nationwide for over four years in the row.
Jason has over 13 years of corporate finance, consultative sales, marketing, business development, operations, management and strategic leadership experience. He worked with large and reputable companies such as GE and AT&T. He posses’ excellent negotiating skills especially in persuading “c” level executives within a short time. Consistently met and exceeded his region’s quarterly and annual budget objectives. Trained to consult with “CXO” level individuals.
After GE he co-funded a small fund focusing on real estate and energy assets in US and Central America. Jason has started his education in computer science in Germany, has earned a MBA from Pepperdine University and while working full time he has completed his doctorate degree in Organizational Leadership at Pepperdine University currently pending completion of his dissertation. Jason has been a guest speaker at several finance related events in addition he has been invited several times by 1875 new cities project committee in China to attend and speak at different venues including “Beijing’s People Hall” (China White House).
Jason is a member of multiple professional and non-for profit organizations including NIPOC, IAPAC and Child Foundation. He currently advises guidance committee in china on development of “1875 new cities project”.
